If you were hoping to keep up to date with Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson's lives via social media, you won't be able to.
The newly engaged couple have revealed that they're taking a a break from social media to get away from negativity.
Taking to his Instagram story, Pete confirmed that there's 'nothing wrong' but he just didn't need the negativity when his real life is 'lit.'
He's gone as far as deleting every single post from his profile.
Ariana has also revealed that she's taking a little break too, however, on a lesser scale. With just over three weeks until her album Sweetener is out, she's confirmed she'll be posting less and less on Instagram and Twitter for the next little bit.
yeh ! i’m prolly gonna post on der for a little while & take a breather from twitter & ig for a little. just sometimes can’t help but bump into some negative shit that really can bum u out and it’s not worth it honestly. promised i’d always tell you. i love u sm ! be well & happy

The pair were forced to defend their quick engagement last month. This could be the negativity they're on about?
One person that's quite positive about it all is Ariana's ex, Mac Miller. He broke his silence and spoke about Ariana and Pete's engagement for the first time on Beats 1 Apple Music. He revealed that he's 'happy' for her. You can read that here.
