Problems with your landlord?
We spoke to Threshhold.ie today. If you have any problems with your apartment whether it’s damp, faulty heating or a front door that won’t close and your landlord won’t do anything about it, you should speak to threshhold.ie for information on your rights,
Landlords!!?? Bad tenants!! Ever since I’ve rented out my apartment i’ve had nothing but trouble. People not paying the rent, damaging my property, rent arrears etc. It’s ridiculous & they can get away with it because it costs too much & takes too long to bring them to court. What a great country we live in! The Dept. of Social Welfare would wanna sort out how they pay out rent allowance too! They haven’t a clue! And are rude, ignorant people who work in those offices.
