Ryan Phillips

Ryan was born in Tallaght, (so don’t mess with him, he’s old school Old Bawn) but spent his formative years in Salthill, Galway honing his waterslide technique in Leisureland. He came back to Dublin when he was 10 and settled in Templeogue. He went to school in St Pius X school where Jade Hollingsworth totally fancied him, then went to Templeogue College (we are the ‘logue and we are the best)

After school he went to TCD, got a law degree and became a lawyer (yawn) while working in Spin1038 on the Zoo Crew, The Lock In, and now Fully Charged.

Ryan is built like a kangaroo, with freakishly small hands, but big feet (no pouch), he can play many musical instruments (none of them well) and he doesn’t enjoy baths. HIs favourite food is a plain burger and chips, and he doesn’t like when people judge plain burger eaters, saying “we are real people, we have feelings too”.

Ryan presents Fully Charged with Tracy and Rory every weekday from 6.45am and is generally totally awesome. He also appears to have no difficulty writing about himself in the third person….
