Fully Charged – 9 November 2009

ON THE SHOW TOMORROW

The Hour Of Power – Set it for 7 and wake up fully charged with our 7 O’Clock song every morning. But wait folks, there’s more. Not only are you requesting the 7 O’Clock song, you’re also requesting every song that we play in the Hour of Power – And here’s how you did today. We played (1) TATU – All the Things She Said (2) 3OH3 & Katy Perry – StarStruck (3) Faithless – All the Things She Said. And our 7 O’Clock song was Hello Goodbye – Here (In your arms). More tomorrow mornin from 6.45

War of the Words – The score is 2-1 to Team Tracy and we’re up to the letter D in our fun word game, War of the Words. It’s very simple, 45 seconds on the clock, and the most correct answers wins.

Rory’s Soap News – It’s all kicking off on the street and the square and we know just the man to tackle the big issues and story lines. Tune in tomorrow morning just before 8 O’Clock as Rory gets Soapy here on Fully Charged.

Beep for Bucks – There’s another chance to win some cash on the show tomorrow morning and all you have to do to win is text “Beep” and all your details, then leave the rest to the Spinis. If they get a beep back, then you get the cash.

ON THE SHOW TODAY

Russell Brand – We spoke to that comedian fella Russell Brand ahead of his gig at the O2 tomorrow night. The interview got off to a flier, when Russell came in on a conversation about slurping tea and went on in a similar vein as I insulted one of the women he has slept with, and tracy’s phone rang mid sentence. Stay classy Dublin. We’ll put the full interivew up online for all to hear, enjoy!

Pop Bitch – Tracy romped home today, our poor contestant didn’t win a single point, though she did (as is common) blame her phone for her poor performance. Shoody workman and tools and all of that. Anyway, Tracy won, and she picked a quality Bitch Slap – House of Pain Jump around

Science Week - We gave away our first Creative Vaydo camera with www.scienceweek.ie today. All you had to do was guess whether this fact was science fact, or science fiction – “Footprints and tyre tracks left behind by astonauts on the moon will stay there forever as there is no wind to blow them away” – It is actually a science fact! I know, who knew!

More tomorrow…
