Bad tenants!! Ever since I've rented out my apartment i've had nothing but trouble. People not paying the rent, damaging my property, rent arrears etc. It's ridiculous & they can get away with it because it costs too much & takes too long to bring them to court. What a great country we live in! The Dept. of Social Welfare would wanna sort out how they pay out rent allowance too! They haven't a clue! And are rude, ignorant people who work in those offices.
