Alec Baldwin Has Marriage Advice For Niece Hailey & Justin Bieber

Alec Baldwin has broken his silence on his niece Hailey's engagement to Justin Bieber. 

The actor has remained relatively tight-lipped about it all, until the Toronto Film Festival. He's walked down the aisle twice, and is passing on some wisdom to the lovebirds. 

Speaking to etalk at The Public premiere, Alec's advice was pretty simple. 

"People who get married young, and they are very young, I want them to just spend time with each other. Obviously, him, in particular, has this crazy superstar career. 

"I’m quite a bit older than both of them, but I got married recently, a few years ago. And my wife [Hilaria] and I had four kids in four-and-a-half years. We have a lot of little kids." 

Justin popped the question to Hailey in the Bahamas in July. Though their decision to get engaged came quickly, a source revealed to People that the pair are in no rush to get married. 

"They still don’t want a long engagement, but they are also not rushing the wedding."
