Arctic Monkeys' Drummer Sparks New Album Rumours

Matt Helders' latest Instagram post has got Arctic Monkeys fans speculating that their sixth studio album could be in the process of being recorded. 

We previously reported back in December that Alex, Matt, Jamie and Nick had reunited in Sheffield to start working on it. You can read all about that HERE. 

Now, Matt has shared a photo of his drum kit and mics.

Just last month, photographer Daniele Cavalli shared pictures of Alex Turner, and it looks like he's recording a song on a piano.

The last album we got from Arctic Monkeys was AM back in 2013. The band have been busy with various side projects since that release. Matt was playing with Iggy Pop, while Alex released an album and EP with The Last Shadow Puppets alongside Miles Kane.
