Ariana Grande has apologised to Ricky Alvarez for giving him "the worst line" in 'thank u, next'.
Alvarez is one of the names that's mentioned in her song which features around her ex boyfriends.
Grande sings "wrote some songs about Ricky, now I listen and laugh."
Taking to Instagram stories, Ricky shared his reaction with his 259k followers.
According to The Daily Mail, Grande responded to his post writing, "'HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH IM SORRY U GOT THE WORST LINE. It was meant v lovingly (sic)."
Ricky's response was quite obviously a joke. Grande previously admitted she had sent him the song before it was released.
The dancer then posted, "those songs are fire tho... you're welcome."
Pete Davidson and Big Sean have yet to comment on the roles they play in the song.
