Ariana Grande has lashed back at Piers Morgan over comments he made on Ellen Degeneres and Little Mix.
The presenter felt Little Mix's most recent nude photo to promote self confidence in women was a cynical attempt to sell their song 'Strip'.
While he called Ellen Degeneres a hypocrite for "drooling over men's bodies on #InternationalMensDay2018."
Ellen drooling today over famous men's bodies on #InternationalMensDay2018.
Yet I've been abused all day for complimenting @hollywills on her legs.
The hypocrisy of modern feminism laid bare..

Grande's mother Joan got involved at this point and said, "Didn’t your mother ever teach you, if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it! You came for @TheEllenShow yesterday which was disgraceful, she is an angel."
Honestly what is wrong with you @piersmorgan ? Didn’t your mother ever teach you, if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it! You came for @TheEllenShow yesterday which was disgraceful, she is an angel. @LittleMix today, did you ever hear of paying homage? And..well never mind https://t.co/5WBOlL8t6O

He responded, "my mother taught me to speak my mind & never be afraid to express honestly held opinion."
Hi Joan, my mother taught me to speak my mind & never be afraid to express honestly held opinion.
Ellen's a hypocrite - and as for Little Mix, I'd just prefer they use their talent to sell records rather than their nudity.
As your own daughter does...! https://t.co/nCQAsIgoVG— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) 21 November 2018
The only ‘trash talk’ came from Little Mix who called me a ‘tw*t’ on the radio.
I suggest you call THEIR mothers to tell them to wash their mouths out with soap. https://t.co/uJNp5ryypi— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) 21 November 2018
It wasn't long before Ariana got involved.
The singer took to Twitter in defence of Ellen and Little Mix writing, "women can be sexual AND talented. naked and dignified. it’s OUR choice."
Ellen is an incredible & kind human being.. I use my talent AND my sexuality all the time because i choose to. women can be sexual AND talented. naked and dignified. it’s OUR choice. 🖤 & we will keep fighting til people understand. i say this w all due respect but thank u, next. https://t.co/wSknRSlJN8

He responded, "how lovely to hear from you so soon after your mother."
"Of course, women can do what they like - but if they/you use nudity to sell records to impressionable young female fans, I'll continue to call them/you out on it."
Hi Ariana!
How lovely to hear from you so soon after your mother.
Of course, women can do what they like - but if they/you use nudity to sell records to impressionable young female fans, I'll continue to call them/you out on it.
All due respect, but thank YOU. Next... https://t.co/PpRK5Wqs92— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) 21 November 2018
Ariana however had not said all she wanted to say.
She continued with another tweet which read, "i look forward to the day you realize there are other ways to go about making yourself relevant than to criticize young, beautiful, successful women."
also @piersmorgan, i look forward to the day you realize there are other ways to go about making yourself relevant than to criticize young, beautiful, successful women for everything they do. i think that’ll be a beautiful thing for you and your career or what’s left of it. 🖤
— Ariana Grande (@ArianaGrande) 21 November 2018
Now now, young lady - my career's doing just fine thanks.
For the record, I criticise/praise everyone - male, female, gender-fluid.
Indeed, I've written columns praising AND criticising you, and you deserved both. https://t.co/vfsDNqzYLl— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) 21 November 2018
It's clear Grande was fuming at the whole situation.
Piers shared a picture of himself posing almost nude which she retweeted captioned, "when u do it it’s ok tho right?"
when u do it it’s ok tho right? https://t.co/FJyF24ZlYx

Since I've got your attention @ArianaGrande - want to come on @GMB on Monday to settle this like mano-to-womano?
We can bring our mothers too, if you like.— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) 21 November 2018
Thanks @ArianaGrande ! 😂😂 pic.twitter.com/jHKi0gX2WJ

Ellen later took to Twitter to show some appreciation for Joan and her daughter.
I ❤️ you, @JoanGrande and @ArianaGrande, and everyone in this world who celebrates all people inclusively.
— Ellen DeGeneres (@TheEllenShow) 21 November 2018
me too. we’re so much stronger together! 🖤 love u.
— Ariana Grande (@ArianaGrande) 21 November 2018
Morgan however did not find this exchange heartwarming at all.
"Can you guys get a room?"
Can you guys get a room? This is nauseating. https://t.co/LFX4BMBsbC
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) 21 November 2018
Chrissy Teigan then got somewhat involved when she tweeted, "everytime someone mentions piers, his d**k gets another power boil and his ni*s cry tears of joy."
He responded, "Unfortunately, coming from you it had the complete opposite effect."
😂😂😂Thanks for the mention, @chrissyteigen.
Unfortunately, coming from you it had the complete opposite effect. pic.twitter.com/4VO5vTCBKp— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) 22 November 2018
Little Mix have yet to comment.
