Irish film Belfast has received 7 nominations at this year's Oscars.
Kenneth Branagh's flick has been a hit with audiences and critics alike.
The film has been nominated for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best Original Song, and Best Sound.
Irish man Ciarán Hinds receives the Best Actor in a Supporting Role nod, while Judi Dench has been nominated for Actress in a Supporting Role.
Irish Actor Jessie Buckley is flying the flag for Ireland too.
She has been nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role Category for The Lost Daughter.
While her screen partner Olivia Colman got the Oscar nod for Actress in a Leading Role.
Sadly, Ruth Negga and Caitríona Balfe didn't receive a nomination.
Gaga Misses Out On Best Actress
There was stiff competition for Best Actress in a Leading Role this year.
Lady Gaga missed out on the nomination for her role in House Of Gucci, but she does have the Bafta's to look forward to.
Jessica Chastain's stunning performance in The Eyes of Tammy Faye secured her a nomination.
She's been nominated before but not since 2013, for Zero Dark Thirty.
