It's been claimed Tottenham Hotspur stadium in London has breached its licence, after selling tickets to a fifth Beyonce gig this year.
The situation is quite similar to the infamous Garth Brooks 'five-in-a-row' fiasco at Croke Park, in 2014.
Current planning arrangements - for the London stadium - allow six concerts per year.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Wizkid are also booked at the venue this summer.
Local councillors have claimed the impact on residents has to be "balanced" against the number of concerts booked for the global superstar.
