Big Irish Stars Have Been Nominated For A Critics Choice Award!

The Irish takeover of film continues!

The nominations for the 30th annual Critics Choice Awards have been announced and big Irish names have made the list.

Our very own Alisha Weir and Kneecap have both been nominated for the American awards.

The 15-year-old Matilda actress, has been nominated for Best Young Actor/Actress category for her role in the horror/comedy Abigail.

Meanwhile, Kneecap’s critically-acclaimed biopic is nominated in the Best Foreign Language Film category.

The awards ceremony will take place in Santa Monica, California, on Sunday the 12th of January.
