His latest post comes just three weeks after an Instagram Story in which he claimed his relationship with Flack was 'toxic.'
Brady wrote, 'It's exactly a year tomorrow (29.11.18) since I left a very toxic relationship and got away.'
'Leaving probably saved my life.'
Brady went on to have Flack's initials covered up with a new tattoo.
He referred to the original inking as an 'absolute monstrosity.'

Caroline Flack & Andrew Brady
Caroline and Andrew dated for six months last year and became engaged in April 2018.
However, less than a year later the couple had split for good.
Neither party made an official comment at the time.
But it was rumoured that Brady had met with Celebs Go Dating bosses just one day after the break up.
Speaking to The Sun in December 2018 Caroline said, 'I'm on my own now. So I'm sorting myself out, I'm doing what I want to do.'
'I'm putting my head into this, into work and focusing on acting.'
