Charlie was the original Mr.Grey in the Fifty Shades franchise, but he turned down the role.
He was asked if he regrets turning down the role. Charlie revealed that he finds the decision making process really difficult, but once he makes a decision he sticks by it. He added that Jamie Dornan was obviously meant to play the part.
