Since Cheryl has welcomed baby Bear she has kept her social media posts to a minimum.
However, yesterday was the singer's 34th birthday and she posted a selfie and a message of thanks.
Cheryl said "Thank you so much for all my lovely birthday wishes. you always make me feel so special."
The singer has only posted once on Instgram since giving birth, wishing boyfriend Liam a happy Father's Day.
