Conor McGregor has finally set those Game of Thrones rumours straight.
Hate to break it to you guys, but it looks like we were all trolled.
The Notorious himself has said that he definitely isn't going to be appearing in season seven of the popular series.
Back in December, it was reported that Conor was approached by HBO to join the show for the final two seasons. However, according to recent reports, it was all baloney.
Digital Spy say that the MMA fighter revealed that although the rumours were everywhere, he had 'never even heard about it.' He revealed 'I heard about it once after a fight, backstage in the dressing room.'
Entertainment Weekly have said that these allegations all stem from a visitor that came to his dressing room after a fight.
He went on to say 'I'm banged up, my shin's in a heap, I've been kicking his knees straight for 25 minutes, my leg's in bits, and he's trying to offer me a Game of Thrones role. And I'm saying, Listen, come at me with s**t I want to hear, I'm not trying to be in show business, I'm trying to be in the fight business.'
Despite the interest, Conor can assure fans that he won't be appearing on any episodes. 'It went everywhere, like, months later! So I don't know where that came from. But I've never been in contact with nobody from Game of Thrones and now I'm starring in Game of f**king Thrones.'
So actor may not be a title for McGregor, but Dad is. Just at the weekend, Conor confirmed that he and his girlfriend Dee are expecting a baby boy in April. You can read more on that story below.
