Dani Dyer's boyfriend appears in court
Dani Dyer's boyfriend Sammy Kimmence has been charged with conning two men out of thousands.
According to MailOnline, he appeared in court on Monday and denied the charges put against him.
It's alleged he scammed an 80-year-old and a 90-year-old out of £34,000.

The outlet reports Sammy has been accused of swindling the men by running 'S&S Trading Ltd' for over two years.
It's believed they were clients at an investment company that Sammy previously worked for.
When the business, 'stopped operating,' he allegedly claimed he was authorised to provide financial services - which he wasn't.

Sammy denies the charges
MailOnline report he denied two charges before the judge at Portsmouth Crown Court and is set to face trial this summer.
The judge addressed him, "You must attend your trial and if you fail to do so it may proceed in your absence."
"Meanwhile you have bail until June 29."

The publication explains that Sammy has denied, 'Providing investment services between July 2016 to December 2018.'
And he's denied, 'participating in a fraudulent business, namely 'S&S Trading Ltd.''
This comes just a couple months after it was rumoured he had proposed to his girlfriend Dani Dyer.

Engagement rumours spread when Dani shared a selfie to Instagram last year.
In the picture, she's seen holding her phone up in front of a mirror as a ring sparkles on her ring finger.
The Irish Mirror reports Sammy commented, 'Is that an engagement ring???' And she replied, 'S**t....'
