The daughter of a songwriter - who's brought Ed Sheeran to trial in the US over copyright - collapsed in court yesterday.
Kathryn Townsend Griffin claims Sheeran's song 'Thinking Out Loud' is a rip-off of Marvin Gaye's 'Let's Get It On'.
Ms. Griffin's father Ed Townsend co-wrote the 1973 hit.
It's unknown why she fell ill, but her solicitor said Griffin had a pre-existing condition.
The trial - being held in New York - began on Tuesday, and is expected to last a week.
