David Eason admits to killing Jenelle's dog
Former Teen Mom star David Eason has finally admitted to killing Jenelle Evans' French Bulldog, Nugget.
Jenelle alleged earlier this year that he had in fact shot and killed her dog.
However, he never admitted it until now and it's reported the authorities are well aware of his confession.
According to Jenelle, the French Bulldog behaved aggressively towards their daughter Ensley.
She explains, 'he doesn't put up with that and those are his beliefs.'
'He just took her and shot her in the woods … about two acres away from the house.'
David makes his confession
David fesses up in a new interview with People this week.
'It was a situation where my daughter, her health, her safety was in danger.'
'This was something that nobody wants to ever have to do. The dog was aggressive.'
He goes on, 'Yes, she might not be huge or whatever...'
'But you know when a dog bites a child on the face more than one time, then it should never be around the child again.'
'If you give the dog up for adoption, one day it’s going to be around children again.'
David explains why he took control of the situation
He made the decision to kill Nugget rather than have him euthanised and he explains why.
'I’m not going to pay anyone to euthanize my dog when I could do it myself.'
'I mean, I loved that dog. I still think about her every day. It’s really hard for me.'
He fights back tears a he talks about Nugget.
'A lot of people put me down for it, they hate me for it, but like I said it was not something I wanted to do.'
