Demi Lovato on her sexuality
Demi Lovato recalls the time she opened up to her parents about her sexuality.
She tells SiriusXM's Andy Cohen that it was a very emotional and beautiful moment in her life.

The singer recently revealed she'd love to start a family in the future.
However, she doesn't know what it would look like - whether it would be with a man or a woman.
When Andy asks her to talk about the process of figuring that out, Demi responds, "Well I'm still figuring it out."

During a chat with InStyle in 2018, the artist admitted she's, 'Very fluid,' when it comes to her sexuality.
She said, 'I think love is love. You can find it in any gender.'
'I like the freedom of being able to flirt with whoever I want.'
During her chat with Andy Cohen this week, Demi shares the moment she came out to her family.
"I didn't officially tell my parents that I saw myself ending up possibly with a woman too until like 2017."
She says, "It was actually like emotional, but really beautiful."

The artist says it took a lot out of her and by the end of it she was, "Shaking and crying."
Demi says the whole experience was, "Overwhelming," but her parents were, "So supportive."
She reveals her dad wasn't at all surprised by her admission, "He said, 'Yeah obviously.'"

Her father had an idea his daughter was attracted to women after hearing the lyrics to her song Cool For The Summer.
In the track, Demi sings, "Got a taste for the cherry/ I just need to take a bite..."
"Don't tell your mother/ Kiss one another/ Die for each other/ We're cool for the summer."
Demi goes on to admit that in relation to starting a family, she has no idea what her future looks like.
"I don't know if I'm going to have kids this year or in 10 years."
"I don't know if I'm gonna do it with a partner or without, because women don't need partners. Amen!"
Meanwhile, Demi's good friend Selena Gomez has opened up about her relationship with Justin Bieber.
She reveals she was the victim of, 'emotional abuse.'
