Drake fathered Adonis with French artist Sophie Brussaux.
He was born on 11th October 2017, making him one and a half.
Drake attemped to keep his first born a secret from the world and Sophie's pregnancy was the subject of several rumours.
However, the rapper confirmed his son's birth on his 2018 album Scorpion.
His revelation came after Pusha T outed the artist on his diss track 'The Story of Adidon'.
Which included the lyrics, 'You are hiding a child, let that boy come home.'
Fatherhood
Drake replied to Pusha's claims on his track Emotionless.
Saying, 'I wasn’t hiding my kid from the world/I was hiding the world from my kid.'
Following that confirmation Drake appeared on LeBron James' HBO show The Shop in October to discuss the situation further.
Among other things, he revealed he was scared to tell his mother Sophie was pregnant because the pair weren't in a relationship.
He said, "My mom has had real belief and real relationships with women in my life, like, over the course of my years."
"I'm sure she would expect or be elated if I were to have gotten one of those women pregnant…"
"So it was tough for me to tell her that it's somebody that she's never met."
Co-parenting
He continued, "I am a single father learning to communicate with a woman who… you know, we've had our moments, right?"
"And I do want to be able to explain to my son what happened. But I don't have any desire for him to, like, not love his mother…"
"I don't ever want the world to be angry at his mother."
"We have found ourselves in a situation and we are both equally responsible, and now I'm just really excited to be a great father."
He finished, "I have a son, he's a beautiful boy."
According to reports Drake Facetimes his son daily.
