Dwayne Johnson and his family test positive for coronavirus
Dwayne Johnson has revealed that he and his family have tested positive for coronavirus.
He shared the news in an 11 minute long video posted on social media last night.

He told his 196 million followers that he, his wife, and his 2-year-old and 4-year-old daughters have all tested positive.
The 48-year-old admitted he's been through a lot in his life.
However, he said coronavirus is very different to, "recovering from nasty injuries, getting evicted or being broke."

Dwayne continued, "My No. 1 priority is to always protect my family and my loved ones..."
"I wish it was only me that tested positive. It was my entire family and it was a kick in the gut."
Thankfully, he said they're now, "on the other end of it and no longer contagious."

"We are well aware you don’t always get to the other end of COVID-19 stronger and healthier."
"I have had some of my best friends lose their parents to this virus that is so incredibly relentless and unforgiving."
"We are counting our blessings, but we are good."

How they caught the virus
Dwayne revealed they picked up the virus from very close family friends.
"These are people who we love and trust, these are people who we still love and trust," he said.
"They had no idea where they picked it up and they're devastated that it lead to affecting our family."

As a result, the Hollywood star has implemented new rules in his home.
These include ensuring that anybody who comes over to their house, gets tested beforehand.
