Adam West is best known for his iconic role as Batman, but for many, he also be remembered as the Mayor of Quahog.
The team behind Family Guy have announced that they will pay tribute to the actor, by airing one of his best episodes, as well as a tribute episode.
Entertainment Weekly are reporting that 'The Dating Game' this Sunday (June 17), as well as a full tribute to honour West.'
Seth Green who plays Chris has labelled him a 'true hero.'
He said 'He was a true hero of mine — grew up watching him as Batman, and got the privilege of both working with and directing him. He's generous and always classy. Very sad to think of the world without our beloved Mayor. How lucky we are he left so much behind.'
Creator Seth McFarlane posted a touching tribute to him on Twitter.
