Georgia Steel is 'fearing for her life'
Love Island 2018 contestant Georgia Steel claims a drastic amount of money from her bank account is missing.
She says she confronted her now ex boyfriend about the missing money but he denied playing any part in it.
She opens up about the whole ordeal in an interview with The Sun this week.

Georgia reportedly told the publication that the case of her missing money is an, 'ongoing investigation with the police.'
She started dating Miguel earlier this month after they met in a nightclub.
They got pretty serious after a couple weeks of seeing each other and she even introduced him to her family.
'We went to the birthday party and he met all of my family and friends. I was introducing him as my boyfriend.'

She believed he was a wealthy American man named Miguel however, The Sun reports he's, 'convicted fraudster Medi Abalimba.'
'My parents really believed he was this man who was looking after me.'
'I'm 21 and a young girl to be living in a city on her own.'

The confrontation
Steel admits she confronted him and he told her he had changed his name.
'He told me he had to change his name when he got out of prison because he didn't want it to affect him.'
She continues, 'he told me he'd done bad things but that he really liked me and wanted to change.'

Georgia breaks down in tears as she explains why she gave him a chance.
'Because I'm a good person, if I see a broken person or a person upset, I really like to fix it.'
'I thought I could fix him and accept his past and everything. But I didn't understand how bad his past was.'
'I had no idea of how capable he was, because I would never be with someone who could hurt people like that.'

The Sun reports he was allegedly jailed in 2014 for pretending to be ex-Chelsea footballer Gael Kakuta.
They say he used to break into lockers at a private health club and steal credit card details.

Missing money
A couple days later, she logged into her bank account to find, 'tens of thousands of pounds,' missing.
'I went on my online banking and I noticed a drastic amount had just gone.'
'I was in my flat and I've never been in a situation like that in my life.'
She said, 'I was physically sick. I sat on my sofa and thought I was going to faint.'
The Love Island star claims she confronted him again but he denied taking the money.
Georgia walks away
The reality star said her mother rang her while she was out for dinner with him.
This was when she made the decision to walk away from the relationship.
'I put my glass of wine down and just got up and left. That was the point when I knew it couldn’t go on.'

She says the reason she stayed with him in the first place was because she was, 'very much in love.'
'He made me feel safe. He was always dressed head-to-toe in designer labels.'
She continues, 'he could speak five languages and he had this reputation that made everyone very respectful of him.'
Georgia is terrified
Following the whole ordeal, Georgia is fearing for her life.
'I'm devastated and I'm fearing for my life. I don’t want anyone to go through what I have.'
'I feel like this is going to affect me for life. Looking back I feel stupid, but at the time it's like being hypnotised.'
'I think it has definitely happened for a reason, it's going to make me grow up very quick.'
