Hailey Bieber has apologised to a TikTok user who claimed the model isn't a very nice person.

Julia once worked as a hostess in a fancy Manhattan restaurant, meaning she's met her fair share of celebrities.

And it seems her experiences with Hailey weren't good ones.

The TikTok user rated their encounter 3.5/10.

"I've met her a handful of times and every time she was not nice."

Julia admitted, "I really wanna like her but I have to give her like a 3.5 out of 10."

It seems the TikTok user's video popped up on Hailey's For You Page because she replied.

The model commented, 'Just came across this video, and wanted to say so sorry if I’ve ever given you bad vibes or a bad attitude.'

Hailey added, 'That’s not ever my intention!'

Julia went viral on TikTok after she started posting videos of herself rating the celebrities she's met out of 10.

She began one of her videos by sharing her experience with the Hadid sisters.

The social media user gave them a 10/10 saying they're, "literally so nice I could not say enough things about them."

Julia went on to rate Cameron Dallas a 4/10, "I kind of had a bad experience with him."

She explained how he and his friends insisted on a table when the restaurant was closed.

The TikTok user said the actor kind of pulled a, "Do you know who I am?" moment.
