It's not every day that this guy gets good press.
Pictures have been going viral which are supposedly showing James Corden giving out to airport staff but it turns out, we’ve got it all wrong.
The 'Gavin & Stacey' star was on a flight over the weekend that sounded like a nightmare - and his fellow passengers have called him a 'bright spot' among the chaos.
The plane was due to fly from Faro, Portugal to London Heathrow Airport but the flight spent 45 minutes circling the airport due to an issue with the flaps on the wings.
Passengers were told to brace for an emergency landing, according to Vanessa who was on board the flight.
‘It was something along the lines of, “Gather your possessions as best you can, take off your shoes, and when you’re told to by the airplane staff, please adopt the brake position and when we land if you’re able, please find your nearest emergency exit and vacate the plane,” she told Metro.
However, another announcement came that passengers no longer had to assume the brake position and they would be landing in Lisbon. Once they'd landed, everybody was kept on-board for three hours until the aircraft was deemed unsafe to fly.

But amongst it all, James Corden has been praised by Vanessa for how he kept spirits high with the other passengers.
She explained, '[James] walked up and down the aisles talking to people, and let everybody take a selfie with him... He was just really nice. He would have been well within his rights to sit and sulk in his seat like the rest of us would be doing but he didn’t.’
James even joked with Vanessa as they chatted about Gavin & Stacey, ahead of the final episode airing later this year.
‘I made a joke and went, “Oh if we’re all going to die. You could tell us how does the Gavin and Stacey Christmas Special end?” and he went “Do you really want to know?” and I went “Yeah.”
'He went, “I can’t tell you.” Then he said, “but do you want to know what happened on the fishing trip?” and I was like “Yes! I do!” and he was like, “I can’t tell you that either,”‘ she said.

Did anything else happen with James?
It didn't end there, as James continued to help passengers once they got off the flight.
Vanessa explained that once the passengers had disembarked, they couldn't find a member of staff to find out what would happen next.
'There was not a member of BA staff to be found. And they put us in immigration queues. And there was just no one there telling us what was going on,' Vanessa explained, but James spoke with the staff and got them 'moved into the right immigration queues.'
Later, the staff explained that they would only be providing hotel rooms for club flyers and gold flyers. Even as a club flyer himself, James told staff that they should be providing rooms for everybody.
Vanessa shared: 'He stood there, and was like “What about all these people who’ve got all these kids with them?” like saying that’s not acceptable. It’s not right.’
It seems he didn't have an ego about him the next day either, as Vanessa said he 'stood in the same queue as everybody else, doing the same things as everybody else did... I saw him let women and children in front of him. He was a really nice guy both times.’
