It was too good to be true...
So in case you missed it yesterday, Taylor Swift was making headlines in the most bizarre way possible.
During a browse of photo-wire website Splash News, we uncovered a photo of two men leaving Taylor Swift's apartment with a rather large suitcase.
However, it was the caption on the photo which caught everyone off guard, as it stated Taylor Swift was INSIDE the box.

Later on, they changed the caption to it being 'reported' she was in the suitcase, and then late last night the caption was retracted completely.
In a statement to Spin.com (not related to us), a Splash News rep said:
"I literally just put the phone down from someone on Taylor’s camp. We’re having to actually retract that."
They added the photographer wasn't one they usually used.
Despite all of this, however, 38% of people who have taken a poll on our Twitter page believe she WAS in the suitcase.
