According to a source the reason being is "she likes to party and he likes to stay at home, they have very different lifestyles."
According to The Blast, sources claim the pair have an “ironclad,” prenup which the two signed before they wed.
The prenup ensures that Joe will keep all his music royalties, while Sophie will retain all money and residuals from her acting career.
The prenup is also reported that any property owned by one of the spouses before they tied the knot will remain in that person’s possession, while any property owned together would be split.
They couple share two children together, which they will have joint custody of.
A source said: "They were not separated but they've been living separate lives for months,"
"The kids were with him the last few months, traveling with him with family while he's been on tour. Sophie's been working in the UK."
