Jason Gardiner reportedly threatens Gemma Collins with legal action over 'her alleged defamation of his character.'
MailOnline reports Jason Gardiner is threatening to sue Gemma Collins.
Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner and show contestant Gemma Collins have been feuding for some time now.
It comes as Gemma accuses him of selling stories on her.
An insider told The Sun, 'Jason has made Gemma aware that he intends to sue her. He’s livid.'
'He insists that all he did was give an interview to The Sun, where he was asked about lots of things, including Gemma.'
Gemma, on the other hand, is apparently 'very stressed about the idea of being sued.'
'She wants the situation to die down so she can focus on her skating.'
The Feud
Their feud began when she featured on headlines across the nation for her diva attitude.
She then accused Gardiner of selling stories on her during the live shows.

Collins made the accusation after he criticised her performance with dance partner Matt Evers.
He told her the performance lacked elegance.
Evers has since taken to social media with an apology to Jason.
'I just want to say sorry to Jason as today on Heart FM I intimated he sold stories to a newspaper.'
He admits he 'totally got [his] wires crossed and [he] apologise[s].'
Always own up to your mistakes! I just want to say sorry to Jason as today on Heart FM I intimated he sold stories to a newspaper. I totally got my wires crossed and I apologise. It’s been one hell of a 24 hours!

Gemma and Jason however, have yet to comment on the reports.
