Jason Momoa says Emilia Clarke is 'so brave'
Jason Momoa reflects on 'nearly losing' his co-star Emilia Clarke to brain aneurysm's during filming for Game Of Thrones.
Her battle began during season one way back in 2011 however, she only opened up about it last month.
Momoa admits they, 'almost lost her.'

The actor spoke to Entertainment Tonight at the season eight premiere in New York.
'I've kind of been a part of that whole situation for a very long time...'
'We've had so many scares and trying to find the right way to come out and help.'

The 39-year-old seems inspired by his co-star's bravery.
'I just think it's beautiful that... she's so brave in helping the world and trying to raise awareness.'

Emilia revealed all in an interview with The New Yorker last month.
Clarke said, 'I’ve never told this story publicly, but now it’s time.'

The actress admits the first aneurysm happened during a work out shortly after the first season of Game of Thrones.
'I immediately felt as though an elastic band were squeezing my brain.'

Clarke was sent for an MRI and was quickly diagnosed with 'Subarachnoid Haemorrhage.'
She described it as, 'a life-threatening type of stroke, caused by bleeding into the space surrounding the brain.'
Unfortunately about a third of SAH patients die immediately or soon thereafter.

Clarke said she would sip on morphine in between interviews for Game Of Thrones.
'The pain was there, and the fatigue was like the worst exhaustion I’d ever experienced, multiplied by a million.'
After a number of surgeries and a handful of scares, the actress managed to pull through.
