Jenelle Evans has temporarily lost custody of her three children.
According to E! News a judge has ruled that Jace, Kaiser and Ensley will remain with their caregivers for now.
Jenelle's mother Barbara has custody of Jace and Ensley, while Kaiser is with his father Nathan.
David's daughter Maryssa is with her mother Whitney Johnson.
A source told E! that Jenelle is 'stunned' at the situation.
She and husband David have apparently been granted one hour of supervised visits per week.
According to TMZ the pair were ordered to take weekly drug tests and attend counseling and a parenting course.
The couple will return to court on Tuesday to discuss the next steps
Barbara Evans weighed in on the situation.
Speaking to E! News he said, "Of course I would like for Jenelle to get them all back eventually, but certain things have to happen first."
A rep for Jenelle continued, "At this time we are cooperating with the judge and legal team from court."
"We have no comment at this time and appreciate the concerns regarding our client and her children. We will continue to cooperate with the court and their decisions."
What happened?
At the beginning of May Jenelle's husband David fatally shot their family dog.
While Jenelle claimed none of her children witnessed the event, her 4-year-old son Kaiser told school counselors about the incident.
Kaiser was removed from the home during the second week of May and placed in the custody of his father.

Jenelle and David's 2-year-old daughter Ensley remained in their custody for a time, but was later removed to the care of Barbara.
Jenelle's mother was already taking care of 9-year-old Jace.
She has raised him since birth and was granted permanent custody in 2017.
As a result of recent issues Jenelle was fired from Teen Mom 2 earlier this month.
She admitted she was 'a little bit shocked' but saw it coming.
David was fired from the show last February following a string of homophobic comments on Twitter.
