Jenelle Evans 'fired' from Teen Mom 2

Following the news that her husband David Eason shot and killed her dog, Jenelle Evans has been 'fired' from Teen Mom 2. 

Evans has since released a statement to Us Weekly; 'I was a little bit shocked but I saw it coming.'

David shot their French Bulldog after he reportedly behaved aggressively towards Evans and Eason's daughter Ensley.

Her husband had been cut from the show a year ago over a series of homophobic tweets.

Now, Jenelle says she's been 'fired' and it seems it's because of her husbands recent actions.

The station released a statement to Variety this week;

'MTV ended its relationship with David Eason over a year ago in February 2018 and has not filmed any new episodes of Teen Mom 2 with him since.'

'Additionally, we have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season.'

Jenelle's statement

Evans has since shared her thoughts in a statement to Us Weekly;

'I was a little bit shocked but I saw it coming.'

'It’s shocking still but I respect their decision and have nothing but love for MTV.'

She continues, 'This is a new chapter for me and my family. I will continue to try what’s best for me and my family.'

'David has been here for me since the news broke, he told me to not worry about it and to stay positive.'

'I’m keeping busy and staying focused on my kids and my animals and my business endeavors which have been planned for months.'

'I’m working to fix my marriage as well and moving forward.'

What happened?

Just last week Jenelle told Us Magazine that her husband David Eason shot and killed her dog Nugget.

The French Bulldog reportedly behaved aggressively towards Evans and Eason's daughter Ensley.

According to Jenelle, David, 'doesn't put up with that and those are his beliefs.'

'He just took her and shot her in the woods … about two acres away from the house.'

At the time, Janelle and David were not on speaking terms.

She told the publication that she's considering divorcing her husband of a year and a half.

'I'm too hurt and upset at the fact he did that,' Jenelle continued.

'It's taking time to get over this whole situation, and it's making me feel he's very cruel and doesn't have a heart on many ends.'

She confirmed that none of her children witnessed the cruel event.

Her eldest son Jace was on holidays with her mother Barbara at the time while Kairser and Ensley were playing inside.

However, David's daughter Maryssa was apparently aware of what happened.

Jenelle told Us Magazine that she, 'immediately went to her bedroom and didn't come out all night until the next day.'
