Jennifer Aniston has opened up about how quarantine affected her.
She's said she’s still taking ‘baby steps’ out of lockdown.
The Friends star is trying to ease her way back into normal life after following strict quarantine measures.
Speaking on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, she said ‘this is a big step for me to just be here.’
Jen said that's why she won’t be attending the Emmy Awards next week.
Ben Winston, the producer and director of Friends: The Reunion, will represent the programme.
The reunion show has four nominations: Outstanding Variety Special, Production Design, Lighting Design and Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special.
Since the pandemic began, Jennifer has taken restrictions seriously.
Last year, she posted on Instagram about a friend who was hospitalised with COVID.
To protect herself, she revealed on Jimmy Kimmel's show that she was in a bubble with Courtney Cox, along with Jason Bateman and his family.
Jimmy and his wife, Molly McNearney, are also a part of Jen's bubble.
Jennifer has been a big supporter of the COVID vaccine rollout.
In May, she posted on Instagram, ‘Fully vaccinated and it feels soooo good. We are extremely lucky and privileged to have access to Covid-19 vaccines in the U.S. right now’
Jen stars in The Morning Show which shot its second season during the pandemic.
Talking about her experience filming it, Jen said, ‘I’ve been in the house a lot.
I went from the set from Sony studios to shoot Morning Show right back to my house.’
Fair play to Jen for using her platform for good!
