Jesy Nelson has decided to walk away from Little Mix.
The band made the announcement on a Twitter thread saying it's "an extremely sad time for us all".
The tweets adds that they are still "fully supportive" of their ex bandmate.
After an amazing 9 years together Jesy has made the decision to leave Little Mix. This is an incredibly sad time for all of us but we are fully supportive of Jesy.

Meanwhile, Jesy shared her motive behind the move with a statement on Instagram.
In it, she said the band as "really taken a toll on her mental health".
"I need to spend some time with the people I love, doing things that make me happy"

She thanked all her fans for their support and wished her bandmates well.
"I hope that you'll continue to fulfil all of your dreams and keep on making music that people love."
Last month, the girl group announced that Jesy was taking an "extended break".
Sine then, the remaining three stars - Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirwall - made three TV show appearances.
The band even performed their track "Break Up Song" on Strictly Come Dancing as a threesome last night.
Many fans have already taken to social media to express their shock and disappointment at the news.

Many were supportive of the singer's choice and wished her well in the future.

The remaining three bandmates say the look forward to seeing their Little Mixers in next year's Confetti Tour.
