They're married. They're not. They're married. They're not. Well, apparently Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin ARE married.
Back in September, it was reported that Justin and Hailey attended a New York courthouse, one that is known for issuing marriage licenses and sparked rumours that they were married.
However, Hailey tweeted (and then deleted it) saying that she understands where the speculation was coming from, but that she wasn't married yet.
According to New York state requirements, a marriage license is only valid for 60 calendar days, so if they didn't marry then, they would be doing it soon enough surely?
TMZ claims that on that day in New York, Justin and Hailey did in fact exchange vows and married without a prenup.
It's reported that their witness was Josh Mehl - a friend of Justin's who regularly attends church with him.
It's also claimed that Justin and Hailey reached out to lawyers that day for a prenup, however there was no way they could get one drafted and signed that day.
Since reportedly exchanging vows, there's been "no movement to get one signed now."
TMZ also report that the newly married couple still plan to have a formal wedding ceremony, but are allegedly already husband and wife.
