Wedding planning is in full swing for Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin.
According to TMZ, the pair were spotted going into a New York courthouse - one that is known for issuing marriage licenses.
A source spoke to TMZ and said that Justin appeared "emotional" as they walked hand-in-hand and said "I can't wait to marry you, baby" to Hailey.
Justin said to a court official "Thanks for keeping it on the DL."
This visit to the offices has lead fans to believe that they could already be married, and if not, they're likely to exchange vows before the end of the year.
According to New York state requirements, a marriage license is "valid for 60 calendar days, beginning the day after it is issued."
Over the weekend, Hailey's uncle Alec Baldwin had some advice for the newly engaged couple.
"People who get married young, and they are very young, I want them to just spend time with each other. Obviously, him, in particular, has this crazy superstar career."
