The publication are claiming Tristan 'allegedly' cheated with Jordyn Woods.
They say Tristan flew to LA on Thursday to mark Valentine's Day with Khloe and their daughter True.
However, three days later on Sunday night he threw a house party.
It's here where TMZ were told the Cleveland Cavaliers player 'snuggled up with' Kylie Jenner's best friend.
The article continued to say that witnesses at the party claimed the pair were 'all over each other ... making out.'
Khloe apparently broke things off immediately.
