While many believe there's something between them, there are plenty who just see them as friends.
One fan defended their relationship in the comments section, 'They don't realise of forgot that this man has no mother, no father or siblings.'
'This is his SISTER the only family despite his children that he has. Just because two people are close don't mean they have sh*gged before. childish.'
According to MailOnline, Khloé backed those who defended her in the comments section by responding with emoji's of hearts and kisses.
