Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's surrogate has gone into labour.

Kourtney Kardashian spilled the beans in an interview on The Ellen Show.

Kourtney was on the show to surprise Kris Jenner for Mother's Day.

DeGeneres brought Kris' eldest daughter and grandchildren out on stage.

This is when Kourtney revealed, "My mom doesn't even know this, but Kim's surrogate went into labor."

Kris responded, "No! What are we doing here?! C'mon Ellen."

Ellen chimed in, "We had to keep it quiet but yes that's why she's not here cause the surrogate went into labour, she's there."

While Kourtney was trying to explain the situation, she was also trying to calm her son Reign.

The four-year-old screamed, "No more! I'm done with this conversation."
