It all kicked off when Khloé shared a bikini snap of herself having an outdoor shower.
Her ex boyfriend Tristan commented with two heart and two drool emojis.

Meanwhile, her ex husband Lamar wrote, 'Hottie,' alongside a bunch of flirty emojis.
After seeing Lamar's comment, Tristan tagged him and wrote, 'God brought you back the first time.'
'Play if you want, different results,' he added.

Some people took his comments as reference to Lamar's 2015 hospitalisation.
He suffered from a near fatal overdose and was in a coma for three days, as reported by E!
Lamar never responded to Tristan's comment and neither did Khloé.
