Laura Whitmore is the new host of Love Island
It's been announced that Laura Whitmore will take over from Caroline Flack as the host of Love Island's winter series.
Caroline announced she's stepping down from presenting duties earlier this week following her assault charge last week.
Laura has taken to Instagram to share the exciting news with her 591k followers.

The TV presenter is good friends with Caroline Flack who encouraged her to take the job.

Who is Laura?
Laura is currently dating the show's voiceover Iain Stirling - it's believed this really stood in her favour.
She's already familiar with the Love Island crew because of her relationship with Iain.
