Over the weekend, The Sun claimed Laura received a, 'lukewarm,' reception from fans of this year's series.
As a result, they alleged bosses are eyeing up the likes of Maya Jama and Maura Higgins to replace her.
A TV source said, 'Producers are keen to keep the show fresh and are keeping their options open.'

However, judging by Laura's latest Instagram Stories post, this isn't the case at all.
She began her statement by slamming a publication for using the headline, 'Whitmore No More.'
Laura said it makes it sound like she died and said it's in, 'bad taste considering how they’ve treated other women.'

'...a lot more Whitmore on the telly...'
She went on, 'So it’s probably going to pi** them right off as a lot more Whitmore on the telly coming up.'
'And I’d like to thank them for completely exaggerating what I get paid…'
'Because now that helped my negotiations for other job contracts! #Karma,' Laura concluded.
