Liam Payne has finally addressed the rumours that he and Cheryl have tied the knot.
He had recently stirred the pot when he referred to Cheryl as the 'wife' when speaking to French website, On The Move.
In an interview with People magazine, Liam put it down to a language barrier.
He said 'In the UK, you say the Missus. Maybe one day we'll marry.'
Liam added 'I see marriage as more of a religious thing and I'm not really a religious person, so I know it's not really on the cards for me at the moment. We have a baby together — you know our love for each other can't be more serious so it is what it is I guess.'
