The Little Mix girls 'all suffered' with mental health issues
Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall has opened up about the bands sudden fame and its affect on their mental health.
She tells The Sun this week that they have all had mental health issues in some form.

The girl-band was formed on the eighth series of The X Factor in 2011 when they were very young.
'We were only 18 or 19 when we got thrown into the industry and it is a lot to handle.'
'Maybe there could have been a bit more in place for mental health, we all have suffered in some way.'
'As four young women getting thrust into the industry, having everyone talking about how you look, just the pressure of suddenly being here was a lot for all of us.'
'We had to find our own way of dealing with that.'

When asked how they coped with the fame is, Thirlwall said, 'We've got each other.'
'We've all gone through moments with our mental health, whether it's talking to someone, getting therapy.'

Earlier this year, Jesy Nelson announced on Instagram that she teamed up with the BBC for a new mental health documentary.
The show will focus on body image and mental health.

The Little Mix member will investigate how social media is effecting the younger generation's mental health.
She'll also be sharing personal experiences, having been in the spotlight for so long.
