It looks like Louis Tomlinson won't face charges over an alleged attack on a photographer at an airport in the states.
The One Direction star was arrested in LA last month, but according to The Sun, prosecutors say they're not planning any further action.
However, he will still have to attend a hearing in LA later this month in relation to the incident.
His lawyers have always maintained he was "provoked" by the paparazzi, while the likes of Perrie Edwards have lept to his defence after he was seen in video footage coming to the aide of his girlfriend.
