Louis Walsh has been speaking about Cheryl again, and addressing the rumours that she could be returning to the X Factor and reprise her role as judge again next year.
When speaking to OK! Magazine, he was asked if the pair had 'buried the hatchet' since they last worked side by side on telly.
He admitted that 'there never was a hatchet. We sometimes disagreed on things but she was a great judge.'
Louis went on to say 'Nicole is the best though. Tulisa was great, she never gets any credit – she put Little Mix together, everybody forgets that.'
Louis has always been pretty vocal about how fond he is of Nicole as a judge. When he appeared on This Morning in September, he said 'Cheryl was fine. I just prefer Nicole. Her work ethic. She just works.'
One thing is for sure... If Cheryl comes back, it will make for interesting viewing if the pair don't get along!
