Luis Fonto has defended Justin Bieber for not memorising the Spanish lyrics of Despacito.
In an interview he said, "I don't blame him not knowing [the lyrics], and I think we have to give him a little bit of a pass because that's not his main language."
He continued to say, "We can't expect the guy to just out of the blue get it perfectly".
He also revealed that Justin had the opportunity to record the chorus in English, but opted to stay true to the original track and record in Spanish.
