Maura Higgins has sparked split rumours from Strictly Come Dancing’s Giovanni Pernice after deleting all photos with him on her Instagram profile.
The pair confirmed their romance back in July after weeks of speculation but now it seems that things may have turned a little sour.
Fans of the couple have spotted that the pair have since removed all traces of the relationship igniting fears that the lovefest is over.
Both Maura and Giovanni have deleted all traces of one another on their respective Insta pages.
The Love Islander and presenter of Glow Up Ireland were set to move in together later this month.
Supporters voiced their concern on Twitter sharing their disappointment.
One asked, “Why has Maura deleted all her posts with Giovanni? Not the Strictly curse again.”
With another user saying, “It looks like Maura and Giovanni are off. She’s unfollowed him.”
Moving In Together
Maura’s apparent social detox comes just days after she hinted at moving in with Giovanni.
She shared a black-and-white snap on her Instagram stories of lots of moving boxes in her London apartment.
Alongside the story, she admitted that she had been absent from social due to being so busy with the move.
The news has come as a shock to us all, as sources say the couple were ready to take the next step in the relationship.
A source told Mail Online, “Things have become serious very quickly between Maura and Gio.”
Adding that “They both lead incredibly busy lives and spend a lot of time on the road working.”
There was even talk of a wedding earlier this month with fellow Strictly stars telling The Sun that they wouldn’t be surprised if Giovanni proposed.
If this is an actual relationship split remains to be seen, as neither Maura or Giovanni have commented publicly on the deleted pics.
