Megan Fox talks, 'ruthlessly misogynistic,' Hollywood

Transformers actress Megan Fox has reacted to viral online discussions about how Hollywood mistreated her from a young age.

The majority of the conversations have been aimed at her performances in Transformers and Bad Boys II.

However, Megan insists these instances were, 'inconsequential,' in comparison to the, 'harrowing,' things she's experienced.

Megan was asked to dance under a waterfall for a short scene in the franchise's second movie.

In her statement, she confirmed, 'I was around 15 or 16 years old when I was an extra in Bad Boys II.'

She added that she has addressed this story in multiple interviews.

Megan explained the story in an old interview with Jimmy Kimmel that's re-emerged online.

She told him that because she was underage, they knew she couldn't be filmed holding a drink in the bar.

So Bay's solution was to have her, "standing underneath a waterfall getting soaking wet."

Transformers

In her statement, the actress insisted that she was 19 or 20 when she starred in Transformers.

There are reports circulating online that say Megan was told to wash one of Bay's Ferrari's on set.

She sets the record straight, admitting it was for an audition scene.

'I did 'work' (me pretending to know how to hold a wrench) on one of Michael's Ferrari's during one of the audition scenes.'

Megan insisted it was not done, 'in a way that was extraneous from the material in the actual script.'

'It was at the Platinum Dunes studio parking lot, there were several other crew members and employees present.'

'And I was at no point undressed or anything similar,' she added.
