The show takes a bunch of singletons from the same area and introduces them to each other.
However, they're not allowed meet face to face until they get engaged.
So Cameron and Lauren's romance blossomed from behind a wall.
Cameron told Miley that the best part about the show was that, "there was no distraction from the physical part."
"We really were able to get down to what it is that's going to carry our relationship in the future."
It appears the Hannah Montana star, like us, has already binged watched the whole first season.

Miley said the show reminds her of the phone calls she used to have with her crushes when she was younger.
"I used to love my little Cricket phone at night. That was the best."
"And in school back then you actually wanted to avoid the person as much as possible."
Self isolation & social distancing
Based on their own experience, Lauren and Cameron feel this time in isolation is the perfect time for couples to truly connect.
Lauren said, "Just talk about the things that are most important to you."
"The stuff you like, the stuff you dislike, what phobias you have."

She said if you do this, you'll find yourselves talking for hours after that, "Fall down the rabbit hole!"
Cameron added, "For Lauren and I, our first main connection was family and how important family is."
"That was the first time we kind of cried together."
